We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with Lightning to join our growing global team. We design, build and support enterprise-level e-commerce solutions for global players. Numerous new and ongoing projects include global opportunities to work with different industry verticals: retail, luxury, healthcare, travel, hospitality, automotive, and FMCG in a truly Agile environment.
The Ideal Candidate
— 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development;
— knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms;
— advanced in SOQL, Apex, and Asynchronous Apex;
— salesforce integrations: SOAP, REST;
— working knowledge of IDE and Git;
— the ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues;
— experience with Salesforce DX will be an advantage;
— team player, strong communication skills;
— English — Upper-Intermediate.
— Salesforce certification would be considered a huge plus.
As a Salesforce Consultant with Lightning within our organization, you will:
— meet with project managers to determine CRM needs;
— develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform;
— design, code, and implement Salesforce applications;
— design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices;
— develop UI Lightning Web components;
— ensure the best possible quality of the application;
— identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging;
— write test classes as needed;
— develop end-to-end apps for AppExchange;
— introduce Continuous Deployment processes and set up;
— submit ideas for process or efficiency improvements to supervisor;
— coach junior colleagues.
As a consultant and as a binding part between developers and our clients you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and the means to communicate complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. We also have consultants frequently deliver at regional, national and global conferences.
