We are looking for Lead SAP Commerce Cloud Engineer (Hybris) to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

The Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead role or similar
• Strong expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris) and core modules (PCM, WCMS, Checkout, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in mentoring and maintaining a high-performing development team through training, coaching, and regular feedback
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Strong desire to learn more about business every day.
  

Optional: 

• Experience in Typescript, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with modern DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

The Role

As a Lead SAP Commerce Cloud Engineer within our organization, you will design, develop, and deliver robust e-commerce solutions for leading global brands. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly with the client’s team to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will:

• Lead and build high-quality SAP Commerce Cloud solutions, from planning to delivery
• Maintain high-quality documentation for all development and architectural decisions
• Guide and mentor other engineers through code reviews and technical sessions
• Work closely with clients to clarify requirements and shape technical decisions
• Drive improvements in our processes (CI/CD, testing, code quality)
• Work on challenging, real-world projects and push technical boundaries
• Have the opportunity to speak at conferences and share knowledge internally.
